4. Digital Assets & Investment Risk

• NEOM Coin does not guarantee any returns or profits

5. Platform Activity & Mining

NEOM Coin provides a digital platform for earning and holding NEOM tokens through platform activity. Mining and staking activities are subject to platform availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Token values and reward rates are not guaranteed.

6. Referral Program

The referral bonus of 20 NEOM tokens is credited upon successful registration using a valid referral code. NEOM Coin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time. Fraudulent referral activity will result in account termination and forfeiture of all tokens.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or referral rewards
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts on the Platform
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise Platform security
• Using the Platform for money laundering or illegal activities
• Misrepresenting your identity or providing false information

8. Withdrawals & Funds

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) and minimum balance requirements. NEOM Coin reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected. Processing times may vary depending on network conditions and verification status.

9. Limitation of Liability
